BJP Tighten its Belt in UP for Lok Sabha Election 2024 through PMSHRI

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday launched PMSHRI schools in the state, under which 928 schools will be upgraded.

PMSHRI: Keeping to the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024, BJP has started its Election Propaganda through a different scheme of the Centre. PMSHRI is also one of the central schemes for the Educational System of Schools. Under this scheme, the UP govt started a Project to revamp the Education system. In the first phase, 928 schools will be upgraded and developed into integrated campuses equipped with state-of-the-art facilities in Uttar Pradesh.

According to an official release,  1753  schools in Uttar Pradesh have been selected for the PM School for Rising India (PMSHRI) scheme. In the first phase, 928 schools will be upgraded and developed into integrated campuses equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

CM Yogi Said On PMSHRI Occasion.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi intends that India should once again provide leadership to the world through national education,”  Adityanath said at the launch of the Rs 404-crore PMSHRI School modernization program at Lok Bhawan. The release said, under Policy-2020 Uttar Pradesh is moving forward in this direction with full commitment.

He said, “At present, about five crore children are taking education in various courses in the state, whereas in many countries of the world, their population is not even five crore.” On this occasion, CM Adityanath and Union Minister for Education and Skill and Entrepreneurship Dharmendra Pradhan announced  Rs 347 crore for basic facilities in secondary schools under ‘Project Alankar‘.

Shri Adityanath said that to fulfill the objectives of the National Education Policy 2020, Prime Minister Modi had announced the PMSHRI Scheme on the occasion of Teachers’ Day on the 5^th of September 2022. This scheme will give new inspiration to five crore children associated with school education in the state.

He said that various works like Smart Class, Digital Library, Science Lab, Computer Lab, Bal Vatika, Additional Class Room, Furniture, etc. are to be provided in PMSHRI Vidyalayas.

He said that it has always been a question that where the child of the poor studies, there is no facility, no teachers, and a lack of connectivity. Earlier schools were on the verge of closure. Everyone wants their child to read and write properly. Today,  96  percent of the basic schools in UP have been upgraded in Operation Kayakalp.  Under this scheme Classrooms, toilets, labs, and smart classes have been built. These happened due to the efforts of all students, officials, and leaders.

Chief Minister Yogi said that we also tried to stop dropouts. We launched ‘School Chalo Abhiyan’ in Uttar Pradesh. Every teacher, officer, and public representative should be involved in this.  We worked to connect people with Aadhaar. There are  40 million children in schools.  We decided and recruit 1.25 lakh teachers in schools.

Operation Rejuvenation undertaken.  Gave bags, books, sweaters, and shoes to the children. For this, DBT is done in April. PMSHRI School is the need of the day. It is an innovative experiment. An experiment has been done with Atal Residential School.

Education Minister said the world is ‘Ram May’

According to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, the inauguration of the grand temple of Lord Shri Ram has been awaited for 500 years, and it is now possible due to the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The whole world is looking towards India, with Uttar Pradesh being at the center of attention. The world is delighted, which is akin to ‘Ram May.’

He said that a meeting of the Chief Secretary was held recently in the presence of PM Modi. Project Kayakalp was also discussed in this meeting. I congratulate Chief Minister Yogi for implementing the new education policy and Operation Kayakalp exactly.

The Education Minister said that 26 crore children study in the country. Of this, about 18 percent i.e.  4 crore are from UP. Without UP, the concept of Viksit Bharat is not possible.  In  2016, the pilot of PM Ujjwala Yojana was done in Ballia.  30  PM  10 crore beneficiary Meera’s PM has drunk tea. 2.75 crore beneficiaries belong to UP.

He said that it has been resolved to make India a developed country before  2047. UP will develop before that. In the state,  54  children are admitted to IITs, NITs, etc. without coaching. This is the success of the new education policy. One thousand schools run by the Central and State Governments in Uttar Pradesh have been covered under the PMSHRI Scheme. Schools equipped with modern facilities will be constructed through this scheme. These schools will become the medium of implementation of National Education Policy  2020.

After 2017 The picture of Uttar Pradesh Education Changed

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the modernization of PMSHRI Schools with a fund of  Rs 404  crore and released Rs  347  crore for saturation of infrastructure facilities in secondary schools under ‘Project Alankar’  held at Lok Bhawan on Thursday.

At a time when the whole world was suffering from Corona, at that time Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of a new education policy in the form of a new India saving the population of 140 crore of the country.  This foundation stone has inspired us to take forward the vision of New India.

The PMSHRI School Scheme is part of this series. Under this,  928  schools of the state will be modernized with an amount of Rs 404  crore in the first phase, where classes  1 to 12 will be upgraded.  Before the year 2017, the children of the poor were forced to study in such schools where there were no facilities, teachers, and connectivity. Not only this, these schools were on the verge of closure.

After coming to power, we started upgrading basic schools through Operation Kayakalp. Today, 96% of the basic schools have been upgraded to Operation Kayakalp. Extra classes, toilets, labs, and smart classes were constructed in these schools.  This was stated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath while inaugurating the modernization of PM Shri Schools with a cost of Rs  404  crore and transferring Rs  347  crore for saturation of infrastructure facilities in secondary schools under ‘Project Alankar’  held at Lok Bhawan on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and CM Yogi distributed appointment letters to the newly elected officers of Group B under a fair and transparent selection process. Earlier, CM Yogi visited the exhibition put up by the children in Lok Bhawan. Apart from this, tablets were handed over to many principals to connect schools with technology. He also handed over certificates to various teachers on the conduct of smart classes.

School Chalo Abhiyan increased  40 lakh children in schools

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that before PMSHRI the School Chalo Abhiyan was started to prevent dropouts. Every teacher, officer, and public representative was connected to it. As a result, 40 lakh children have increased in schools Before PMSHRI. During the campaign, it was found that children were coming barefoot and in shirts in the cold.  

On this, funds are being transferred by the government for children’s bags, books, sweaters, and shoes through DBT in April. Not only this, 1.25 lakh teachers were recruited to meet the shortage of teachers in schools. At the same time, the PMSHRI School Scheme is an innovative experiment in basic education to connect children with technology. It is also the greatest need today.

CM Yogi said that a similar experiment had been done in the state before PMSRI, which is known as Atal Residential School. Just Like PMSHRI, action is being taken to construct integrated schools in 57 districts of the state. For this, Rs  1000 crore has been allocated. The children of the state used to go to other states for coaching earlier.

At the same time, Abhyudaya coaching was started after the Corona period. This coaching is being conducted virtually and physically in every district. Today children here are preparing for NEET, IIT, UPSC, etc. In coaching, IPS, PCS, and many other officers are taking classes for one hour daily. As a result of this, the children of the state are getting selected for jobs through various competitive examinations.

The previous government had a master in copying

CM Yogi said that the previous government had achieved a lot of expertise in copying. During that time, children from Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal, and other states used to enroll to take the examination in the state because they were provided with copying material in the examination here. As soon as the government came, we banned it strictly and did a lot of work on the infrastructure of schools.

In such a situation, big schools of the world want to come to the state today.  CM Yogi said that through the National Education Policy, India will once again provide leadership to the world. Uttar Pradesh will play the biggest role in this as 5 crore children are getting an education here.

He will take the state and the country to new heights by associating with various courses Like PMSHRI. In the last few years, some new efforts have been made in the state along with teaching theoretical curriculum to children. In this, children are also being given ‘one district one product’, and ‘skill development’. and other education.

After the selection of secondary and council schools of the district under the PMSHRI scheme, funds are being sent for construction work, so that the school works can be completed on time.

On Friday, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Secondary Education Minister Gulab Devi,   Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, etc. got information about the schools selected in the PMSHRI scheme through live streaming.  The classes of Drummond College and Council School of the district headquarters were shown through live streaming, which was seen all over the country.

The Education Minister and the Chief Minister highlighted in detail the works to be carried out in the schools selected under the PMSHRI scheme.  On this occasion, Principal Santosh Kumar, Agriculture Teacher Dr. Ram Prasad Gangwar, Rajesh Gangwar, etc. were present and watched the live streaming. Ten schools of the Basic Education Department were selected.

Fattepur School selected under the PMSHRI Scheme

On Thursday, the first phase of PMSHRI Yojana was inaugurated in Lucknow Lok Bhawan Auditorium under the leadership of CM Yogi. The teachers of the school are very happy that Fattepur Primary School of Sikandarpuran Karna has been selected in the first phase. Principal Suman Gupta, who attended the program, said that her school has been selected under the PM Shri Scheme for the first school in Sikandarpur Karan block.

This will now transform the school, as well as students will be able to get the benefit of modern facilities like an ICT lab, smart class, digital library, child garden unit, science lab, etc. under PMSHRI.

What is the PMSHRI Scheme? How do schools get the benefits?

Under the National Education Policy 2020,  18 lakh students will benefit. The special thing is that all the schools under this will be government, which are being selected in collaboration with the states. More than 14,500  PMSHRI schools are to be set up under the supervision of the Union Territory governments, and local bodies,  as well as the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).  These schools aim to create a good environment for every student and provide facilities for their studies.
