‘Corruption and misgovernance can never change…’, PM Modi lashes out at opposition in Telangana.

Telangana Election 2023:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said the TRS has changed its name to BRS and the UPA to  ‘INDIA’. But their corruption and misgovernance can never change. The BJP has put in all its might to win the Telangana assembly elections. The party has intensified its campaign for the November 30  polls in the state. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself has taken charge of the election campaign. While addressing an election rally on Saturday, PM Modi fiercely targeted the opponents. He attacked the renaming of TRS and UPA.

Misgovernance can never change: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said the TRS has changed its name to BRS and the UPA to  ‘India’. But their corruption and misgovernance can never change. Addressing election rallies at Kamareddy and Maheshwaram in Telangana, Modi said the similarity between the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and the Congress was that they use all kinds of tactics to cheat the people.

‘TRS turned into ‘BRS’: “Suddenly, the TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi) has been turned into a BRS. In the same year, the UPA (United Progressive Alliance) was made an  ‘india’  alliance. The people of the country understand these moves very well,” he said. “The history of their corruption, misgovernance, and vote bank politics can never be changed by changing the name. The truth is that in many states of the country, people have kept Congress out of power for decades.

BRS-Congress colluded: He alleged that the BRS and the Congress accuse each other but they are hand in glove. “What they are saying outside is ‘dramatisation’,”  Modi said. PM Modi said that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s association with the Congress goes back  40-50 years and he started his politics with the grand old party. Rao became a Union minister in the UPA government in  2004 and after the formation of Telangana, Rao had met the Congress leader (Sonia Gandhi), he said.

BRS supports Congress: The prime minister said the BRS had supported the Congress in the presidential and vice-presidential elections and recently during the no-confidence motion against his government in Parliament. “So,  who is his (KCR’s) real friend? With whom are they colluding?”. He claimed, “That is, the vote given to the Congress in Telangana will strengthen the BRS”. THE BJP is the most credible party to defeat the BRS,”PM Modi said.

We will oust the BRS from power: The prime minister exuded confidence that people will oust the BRS from power in the November 30  assembly polls. He said people want freedom from the BRS, Congress and there is a wave in favor of the BJP. Modi said the BJP’s manifesto in the state is a symbol of the aspirations of the poor, farmers, Dalits, and backward classes.
