The traditional invitation for the inauguration of the Shri Ram Mandir at Ayodhya was offered to the Lords in Jagannath Mandir at Puri in Odisha.

15 thousand workers engaged in Akshat distribution campaign

Thousands of quintals of flowers will be decorated on the Ram temple premises.

Ram Mandir’s Ayodhya Reception Committee invited Lord Jagannath ji by reaching Puri Jagannath Mandir with paan-betel nut, arwa rice, shriphal,  gamcha, and an invitation card on Tuesday.

An invitation letter for Mahaprabhu Jagannath has come from the city of Ayodhya of Lord Shri Ram.  Many dignitaries are scheduled to attend the consecration ceremony of Lord Shri Ram ji to be held in Ayodhya on 22 August. In such a situation, the Ayodhya Welcome Committee has invited Lord Shri Jagannath ji to participate in the consecration program of Lord Shri Ram.

Basant Pati, a member of Ram Mandir Nirman Trust, told the media that the traditional invitation card along with symbolic accompaniments including Arwa Chaula, Shriphal, Gamcha, and Paan-Betel Nut was offered to Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra inside the temple.

Pati also requested the people of Odisha to celebrate the day by organizing community puja, recitation of ‘Sundar Kand’ and ‘Hanuman Chalisa’, and lighting at least 5 lamps in their local temples on the day. The day should be celebrated in a grand way like the celebration of Diwali amid religious fervor to recall the festive atmosphere in Ayodhya on the return of Lord Ram, Pati said.

On the other hand, the entire Ayodhya has been decorated for the consecration of Ram Lallah, if we talk about the Ram Mandir, then the entire Ram Mandir complex is spread over   70 acres. Only 30 percent of these places have temples. The Ran temple has 392 pillars, 44 gates, and a Nagara-style temple.  Arrangements have been made to enter the temple through 32 stairs. The rest have been left for green areas.  The auspicious time for the consecration of Ramallah is  12.15  pm.

Invitations are being made from house to house to worshipped Akshat to join the consecration of Ram Lalla.  The work of distributing Akshat from house to house has already started.  15 thousand workers are engaged in the Akshat distribution campaign. Saints who have received invitations to visit Shree Ram Mandir, Ayodhya will have to register. The registered saint will also have to keep the Aadhaar card and registered mobile number with him.

State Convenor of Pujit Akshat Distribution Campaign and Vishwa Hindu Parishad Minister Rajkishore Singh said that there is enthusiasm among the people. He informed that 15 thousand workers are engaged in the Akshat distribution campaign.

The saint will have to register

Saints who have received invitations to visit Ram Mandir, Ayodhya will have to register. The special card came from there. If an invited saint wants to go by his vehicle, then a car pass will be given based on the registration. Also, the saint who registers will have to keep the Aadhaar card with him. It will also be mandatory to keep the registered mobile number nearby. Told that all this is being done for security.

He said that a list of  63  saints of North Bihar province has come. Within one to two days, the names of more saints will come from there. Vishwa Hindu Parishad workers will register the invited saints and dignitaries. The Province Minister said that all the workers have gathered in the Har Ghar Akshat distribution campaign.

Ramkumar Rathod, owner of Bhopal-based Nisarg Nursery, said he has received orders for flowers and has already sent two consignments of  10,000  flowers to Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh. The nursery, owned by the Rathore family, has won an order for the supply of flowers following a bidding process for a plantation in the Ram temple complex and its corridor. Rathor said, “We have received orders to provide five-six types of flowers from Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. These include different shades of bougainvillea, including white, orange, red, and yellow. The flowers of the bougainvillea species bloom every season.”
