Rajasthan Election 2023: More people are sitting here than in Vasundhara and Gehlot’s seats, know the vote math of “TOP TEN HOT ” seats.

Voting for the  2023 Rajasthan Assembly elections has been completed for 199 seats in the state. Voting started from morning 7 A.M. While Congress party leaders are hopeful of a repeat of the government, the BJP seems confident of continuing the custom. At the same time, RLP, BSP, and Aam Aadmi Party are also fighting in many seats as a third front.  

In Rajasthan, it is customary to change the government after 5 years. For the last several years, the people of Rajasthan have maintained such a tradition.  This time, the Congress has put all its efforts to break this custom. Sardarpura seat: Gehlot’s magic and sixth term MLA’s bet.

Sardarpura seat is considered to be the most important in the assembly elections of Rajasthan. Ashok Gehlot, who won the election from this seat, is the Chief Minister of the state for the third time. He has also been a Union Minister three times. Congress leader Mansingh Deora had left the seat for Ashok Gehlot in  1998. After Deora’s resignation, a by-election was held in the Sardarpura seat in which Ashok Gehlot became an MLA for the first time. Earlier, he had taken oath as chief minister.  After the  1998 by-election, Gehlot has been an MLA from Sardarpura seat for five consecutive terms. This time, the BJP has fielded Prof. Ashok Gehlot in front of Prof. Mahendra Rathore has contested the election. He is considered a former JDA chairman and a close leader of Vasundhara.

17 leaders entered the electoral fray, bail of 15 was canceled.

A total of  24  leaders, including five women, had filed their nominations for the 2018 Sardarpura seat. The nomination of a woman candidate was rejected.  Six candidates, including a  woman, withdrew their nominations. After this, a total of  17  candidates were in the fray, out of which the bail of  15 candidates was confiscated. Congress’s Ashok Gehlot defeated BJP’s Shambhu Singh Khetasar by  a margin of 45,597 votes. Gehlot got  97081  votes and Khetasar got  51484 votes.

Civil Lines:  Gehlot’s minister seeks votes in the name of Ram’s descendant.

The Civil Lines Assembly seat is considered to be the most important seat of Rajasthan. It is said that the path to power passes through civil lines. During the last few elections, it has been seen that the party whose candidate wins from the civil lines,  the government is formed by the same party. At present, Pratap Singh Khachariyawas of the Congress is the MLA from Civil Lines, who is also a cabinet minister in the Gehlot government. Bjp has fielded Gopal Sharma against him. Khachariyawas’s way of campaigning has also become ram maya after Sharma came across the Sangh ideology. In many videos, ‘We are descendants of Ram…’ Efforts to garner votes along the same lines continued.

In the last election, Pratap Singh Khachariyawas was pitted against former minister Arun Chaturvedi from the BJP. Pratap Singh had defeated Arun Chaturvedi by 18,078 votes.

 68.57 percent voter turnout in Assembly elections 2018 At the time of the  2018  assembly elections, there were a total of  2,36,991  voters in the Civil Lines assembly constituency, out of which 1,23,947  were male voters and  1,12,974 were female voters.  Four voters were from the third gender. A total of 32  candidates filed their nominations for the Civil Lines assembly seat, out of which six nominations were rejected and eight candidates withdrew their nominations. A total of 16 candidates, including  two women, were in the fray during the voting, out of which the bail of  14  candidates was forfeited. The overall turnout was  68.57 per cent. That is,  1,62,527 voters exercised their votes.  A  third gender voter cast his vote with  86,820 male and 76,596 female voters.

Jhalrapatan: Congress fields Chaudhary against former CM Vasundhara Raje.

Jhalrapatan assembly constituency is located in Jhalawar district of Rajasthan. Vasundhara Raje contested the first assembly election from this seat in the year 2003.  Raje became the Chief Minister of Rajasthan for the first time by winning by 27375 votes. After this, Raje has been an MLA from Jhalrapatan seat for four consecutive terms. This time Congress has fielded Ramlal Chauhan from here. Chauhan has also served as a PCC member as well as a pradhan. In the last elections, the Congress fielded veteran leader Manvendra Singh against Raje, but Singh lost by  34,980 votes.

In the last election,  8 leaders were in the electoral fray, the bail of 6 was confiscated.

 In the  2018 assembly elections, a total of  12 candidates had filed their nominations, including three women.  A total of  3  candidates, including a  woman, withdrew their nominations and the nomination of one candidate was rejected. A total of 8  candidates were in the fray, out of which the bail of 6 candidates was confiscated. Bjp’s Vasundhara Raje defeated Congress candidate Manvendra Singh by  34,980 votes. Raje got  116484 votes while Singh got  81,504 votes.

Jhotwara: BJP fields MP Rajvardhan, rebels more trouble than Congress.

It is the largest assembly constituency in Rajasthan. The capital is part of the rural parliamentary constituency of Jaipur. This general seat of the Assembly remains a hot seat this time due to the candidature of MP Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore. Rajyavardhan is an MP from the same constituency. Former MLA Rajpal Singh Shekhawat was denied a ticket and made a candidate from Jhotwara. In the initial phase, there was a huge opposition to it. Rajpal’s supporters also showed black flags and held meetings with Rajyavardhan Rathore, finally, the party settled the matter and persuaded Rajpal to support him. However, BJP rebel Ashu Singh along with Congress’ Abhishek Chaudhary is still a big challenge for Surpura Rathore. The total number of voters here is 361442. The number of male voters is 189645.

Ashu Singh Surpura has also hit the rhythm: Ashu Singh Surpura, who is vying for a ticket from the BJP, is also upset over not being given a ticket. He has announced to contest the election as an independent. Surpura is constantly engaged in campaigning.  In the  2013 elections, Surpura had contested as an Independent.  For the last  10 years, he has been continuously active in the field. In such a situation, angry supporters of Rajpal Singh Shekhawat and Ashu Singh Surpura can increase the problems of BJP candidate Colonel Rathore in the election field.

Udaipurwati: Congress suspended from  Congress for ‘red diary’
 

The assembly seat is in the headlines these days. Rajendra Gudha, who put the state government in the dock through a red diary, is an MLA from this seat. Gudha contested on a Bahujan Samaj Party ticket and joined the Congress a few months after winning the election. Gudha contested twice on a BSP ticket and became an MLA twice. Both times he left the BSP and joined the Congress. Now Rajendra Gudha is contesting from Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena. Bjp’s Shubhkaran Chaudhary is in a strong position in front of him and this time the contest has become interesting in the election.

Know the mathematics of Udaipurwati assembly votes: At the time of the  2018  assembly elections, Udaipurwati assembly constituency had a total of 227767 voters. These include  121995 male and 105771 female voters.  A total of 87,003 male and 84,933 female voters cast their votes. A total of  174573 voters voted i.e. 76.65 percent voting was recorded. Bahujan Samaj Party’s Rajendra Gudha defeated BJP’s Shubhkaran Chaudhary by  5534 votes.

Tonk: Pilot’s second flight from here, Ajit Mehta is on the runway.

In the last several elections, the Congress has won once and the BJP candidate once.  In  2013, BJP’s Ajit Singh became MLA from here, and in  2018, Congress’s Sachin Pilot became MLA. Due to Sachin Pilot, Tonk’s seat came in the list of important seats of Rajasthan. This time too, Sachin Pilot is contesting from here. BJP has fielded Ajit Singh Mehta from Tonk against Pilot.  Mehta, who became an MLA in  2013, is also the BJP’s state spokesperson.

Know the mathematics of Tonk assembly votes: During the  2018  assembly elections, the tonk assembly constituency had a total of 224106 voters. Of these, 115605  were male and 108501 female voters.  A total of 89,247 male and 80,287  female voters cast their votes. A total of  1,71,680 or 76.61 percent of voters cast their votes. Congress candidate Sachin Pilot defeated BJP’s Yunus Khan by  a margin of 54,179 votes.

Deeg-Kumher seat: Question of credibility of former the royal family

Deeg Kumher assembly constituency is located in Bharatpur district. Vishvendra Singh, a member of the erstwhile Maharaja family of Bharatpur, is a Congress MLA from this seat. Due to the royal family, this seat is considered one of the important seats of the state. This assembly seat was formed just before the  2008 assembly elections. There have been three elections on this seat so far. For the first time in the year 2008, BJP’s Dr. Digambar Singh had won the election but later in the  2013 and 2018 assembly elections, Congress’s Vishvendra Singh became MLA for two consecutive terms.  This time, the BJP has fielded Dr. Rajendra Singh against Vishvendra Singh. Shailesh Singh has been fielded. Singh had contested the last election here too but was not successful.

Know the counting of votes for Dig Kumher assembly seat:  According to the  2018 assembly elections, there were a total of 236412 voters in the Deeg Kumher area. Out of the total voters, 126301 are male and 110108 female voters.  There are also 3 transgender voters.  A total of 84,121 male and 75,783 female voters cast their votes.  One in three transgenders also voted. A total of  162881 voters voted i.e. 68.90 percent voting was recorded. The total voting also includes service voters (government jobs) who voted through ballot papers. These have been counted among others instead of male and female voters.

Osian : Divya Maderna faces BJP’s Seoul

Osian assembly seat in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan is considered to be the pivot of Jat politics. However, there are many seats in Rajasthan that are important due to the JAT majority. But Osian seat is the traditional seat of the Maderna family. Mahipal Maderna, son of former Central leader Parasram Maderna, became a minister by becoming an MLA from this seat and currently, Mahipal Maderna’s daughter Divya Maderna is a Congress MLA from Osian. Divya is known not only in Rajasthan but all over the country for her work style. The BJP has fielded Bhairaram Seoul from here.  In  2013, Seoul defeated Divya Maderna’s mother Leela Maderna.

Understand the political mathematics of Osian seat here: At the time of the  2018  assembly elections, there were a total of 235303 voters in the Osian assembly constituency. Of these, 124150  are male and 111153 are female voters. In the last election,  96793 male and 86350 female voters exercised their franchise. A total of  184831 voters voted, which was 78.55 percent. Congress candidate Divya Maderna won the seat by a margin of  27,950  votes, defeating BJP’s Bhairaram Chaudhary by a margin of  83,629 votes.

Laxmangarh seat: PCC chief Govind Singh Dotasara, ED raids and it’s Atmosphere.

Laxmangarh assembly seat is in Sikar district. This assembly seat was formed just before the  2008 assembly elections. In the three elections held since its formation, Congress’s Govind Singh Dotasra has won the seat three times. In July  2020, the Congress appointed Govind Singh Dotasara as the new state president of the Congress after Sachin Pilot was sacked from the post of PCC chief. Dotasara is a close leader of CM Ashok Gehlot.  This time, BJP has fielded veteran Jat leader Subhash Maharia against Govind Singh Dotasra. Mahariya is a former MP and Union Minister of State. Before the election, the ED raided Dotasra’s house. It was also linked to the paper leak case. Now let’s see how much impact it has in the election.

Counting of votes for Laxmangarh seat: In the  2018 assembly elections, Laxmangarh constituency had a total of 255422 voters. These include  132464 male and 122958 female voters. A total of  190016 voters cast their votes. That is, the total voting was  74.39 percent. In this election, Congress candidate Dotasara defeated BJP’s Dinesh Joshi by  22052 votes.

Former BJP state president Satish Poonia is contesting from Amer seat against Prashant Sharma of Congress.

Amer assembly constituency is in Jaipur district. Bjp’s Satish Poonia is currently the MLA from this rural area as soon as he exits Jaipur city on Delhi Road. Former BJP state president Satish Poonia is an MLA from Amer. In the past, Lalchand Kataria has also been an MLA from Amer, and this time Congress has fielded Prashant Sharma. In the last election, Sharma had contested from here but had to face defeat.

Know the mathematics of Amer Assembly votes: During the  2018  assembly elections, there were a total of 247549 voters in the Amer assembly constituency. These included  129934 male and 117615 female voters. Out of the total voters, 105462 male and 92987 female voters exercised their franchise. A total of  199758 voters voted. That is, 80.69 percent of voting was recorded. The total voting also includes service voters (government servants) who voted through ballot papers. These have been counted among others instead of male and female voters.
