Prime minister Narendra Modi Said, “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, Its purpose is to reach out to the person who is deprived of government schemes.”

Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra reaches Ghazipur Kuliyan, On the occasion, former minister and BJP state vice president Chaudhary Shyam Lal and DDC member Garu Ram Bhagat said that today the Vikash Bharat Sankalp Yatra has reached their village, and people are being made aware of government schemes.

The Parliament said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision is that every citizen of the country should get information about every scheme of the government so that they can take advantage of the scheme. Keeping this in mind, the government has started the Vikash Bharat Sankalp Yatra, which is going from village to village,  city to city to make people aware of government schemes. During this time, many government departments set up stalls to make people aware of government schemes and administered a pledge to make India develop by the year 2047.

In Jammu and Kashmir, the monumental public outreach program aimed at ensuring the full saturation of Central Government welfare schemes is witnessing widespread participation across all ten districts of the Jammu region. Progressing from rural to urban areas, including border districts and challenging terrains, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has covered over ninety percent of rural areas, ensuring information dissemination and on-spot registration for eligible individuals. Despite challenges like internet service suspension in border districts like Rajouri and Poonch, public enthusiasm remains undiminished.

As the Yatra reaches Rajouri town, where all 239 panchayats have been covered, a large gathering expresses eagerness to contribute to India’s journey toward development. Beneficiaries share success stories, officials provide information on welfare schemes, and participants pledge to contribute to a Developed Bharat. The Yatra continues until January 26, with the expectation of covering all Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies in the entire Jammu region, realizing the set goals of this nationwide mega event.

School children presented colorful cultural programs and made people aware of cleanliness through plays. BDC Miran Sahib Vidya Moton, Panchayat Sarpanch Harbans Lal, BJP District President Rekha Mahajan,  General Secretary Aakash Chopra, and Mandal President Vikram Sandhu were present on the occasion.
